Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner put their marriage woes aside to attend a three-hour family dinner together without their children. The power duo, who announced their divorce in June just before their tenth wedding anniversary, are currently try to work out how to co-parent amicably.

For their night out at Nobu, with several relatives, both were dressed in casual smart outfits. The Batman actor had on a crisp white shirt and jeans, while his estranged wife was in a slinky black top and trousers with a pair of heels. They arrived and left together, with Ben holding the door open for Jennifer as she got out of their car.
It has been one of the most challenging periods of their lives, and at times the strain has clearly shown. Between professional commitments – Jen has been filming Miracles from Heaven in Atlanta while Ben has been promoting Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice – they have tried to maintain a routine for their three children. The Oscar winner commuted back and forth from LA to a rented home in Atlanta where the family was based.
There have been regular outings to their local farmers' market and church.
On his 43rd birthday on 15 August, they took Violet, nine, Serafina, six, and Samuel, three, to Disney World along with Ben's mother Chris. This outing was followed by another to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios.
It comes after a family holiday in the Bahamas at their property in the Baker's Bay resort with their children so they could be together when the divorce was announced on 30 June.
"They were together as a family that day," a source told People. "The family felt it was important to be together and they were together. The family is united and, no matter what, will protect the kids.
"This isn't easy for anyone and it's devastating to Ben too. He loves his family and will always put them first."
