Tom and Giovanna Fletcher were in a celebratory mood on Thursday after getting another glimpse of their baby. The couple, who are expecting their second child together next year, went out for breakfast after going to the hospital for a scan.
"Celebrating a lovely baby scan with a lovely cooked breakie," Tom captioned an image of Giovanna tucking into her breakfast.
Meanwhile Giovanna shared a photo of Tom striking a pose, adding the caption: "Morning with this stud!"
Earlier in the morning Tom had shared a snap of himself and Giovanna on their way for the scan, telling fans: "On our way to a baby scan. It's sunny!" This led to speculation from fans that the caption was a clue another son was on the way, but the couple gave no clue as to the baby's gender, or if they even planned to find out if their new arrival was team blue or team pink.
Following the scan, an excited Giovanna tweeted: "Had a baby scan this morning... So lovely to see our new arrival kicking about and looking happy! xx".
The couple are in high spirits since announcing they are expecting a baby brother or sister for son Buzz shortly before his second birthday. They shared the happy news with an fun video on YouTube, which has since clocked up over two million views.
While they are clearly overjoyed at the new addition to their family, Tom and Giovanna have another big family event to look forward to in the next couple of weeks – the wedding of Giovanna's sister Giorgina.
Writing in her weekly blog for HELLO! Online, Giovanna shared her excitement about her sister's big day and gave a glimpse of her bridesmaid's dress.
"One thing that did surprise me was the size of my bump in the dress," Giovanna wrote. "No hiding that now! It really seems to have grown this week."
Giovanna is very close to her sister, whom she recently invited to join her and Tom at ComedyCentral's FriendsFest, with the trio sharing a series of selfies from the iconic Friends set.
"It's mind-boggling to think that it's been off the air for 11 years, but I still enjoy watching the show all these years later," Giovanna wrote, adding: "We were in selfie heaven!"
