Olly Murs has been left heartbroken after splitting from his model girlfriend Francesca Thomas. The X Factor presenter dated the blonde beauty for three years, but largely kept his love life out of the public eye.
According to new reports, Olly and Francesca parted ways last week after going on holiday together. The Essex charmer is said to have found it difficult to balance his relationship with his heavy workload.
"The split has just happened and it is very raw for Olly, he still feels numb," a source told The Sun. "He always worried that his relationship would struggle because he'd always put his career first. Now, with X Factor and his singing on the go, that's exactly what has happened."

The insider said that 31-year-old Olly was particularly upset because Francesca was the "first woman he planned a future with".
Throughout their three-year romance, the pair managed to keep their relationship out of the spotlight. Olly and the blonde beauty were most recently spotted together at the Wimbledon men's singles final in early July, where they watched Novak Djokovic take on Roger Federer.
Earlier this year the hitmaker admitted: "I don't want Francesca to be harassed at work because of me and my job. It's nothing to do with her – our relationship is private, it shouldn't be out there in the press, but it comes with the job."

The Troublemaker star also revealed that his life has changed since competing on The X Factor and his goals have been realigned.
"When I was 25 my aspirations were to get a solid job and meet the girl of my dreams, settle down and have a family before I'm 30," Olly told Mail Online. "Now I see the bigger picture; when I lived in a small town in Essex it was almost like it was my destiny to do what everyone else does. You sort of follow the crowd because that's what you're supposed to do."
