Jack and Lisa Osbourne lost their baby son Theo two years ago, when the actress suffered a late-term miscarriage in September 2013. The pain still feels raw for Lisa, who, in honour of Pregnancy and Infant Loss day, shared a heartbreaking post about her little boy.
Taking to Instagram, Lisa uploaded a photo of her son's tiny footprints on a cream card.
"I don't talk about what happened to us much, and I've never posted this photo before out of fear that someone would say something mean or negative," wrote Lisa. "I don't care anymore. I would have an almost 2 year old son now, named Theo. I never got to meet him, and this is all I have to remember him by... his tiny little footprints.

"It still hurts every day, and I will always love & miss him. He was a real baby, and he was mine. My heart goes out to my friends, family, and those of you I don't know that have suffered the loss of a baby. I love you all!"
In memory of her late son and all the other babies who didn't survive, Lisa lit a candle and shared another picture on Instagram. "For my love, Theo... and all of the other babies who aren't with us in the flesh but are with us mommies in spirit, forever," she wrote.

"I also want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who's opened up about their own stories, I've read a lot of them and I'm in tears because I feel so overwhelmed with support. Thank you guys so much, it really means the world to have such beautiful things said about my son. Xoxoxoxo."
Shortly after her miscarriage in 2013, Lisa updated her fans in a blog post entitled 'Unfortunate Announcement'.
"Jack and I lost our baby boy last week," she wrote. "Having a late term miscarriage is by far the hardest thing either of us have ever had to go through. We appreciate all of your prayers and ask for privacy and respect during this time."
Jack and Lisa welcomed their second daughter in June
The couple have been focusing on raising their two beautiful daughters, three-year-old daughter Pearl and newborn baby girl Andy Rose.
Speaking exclusively to HELLO! magazine in July, one month after welcoming her second daughter, Lisa said: "Losing a baby really does do a lot of damage personally and to the whole family. I needed to take some time and come to terms with our loss."
Jack and Lisa waited one year to fall pregnant again – something the actress says was a good decision.
"I'm really glad we did. When I got pregnant, I was fully prepared," she said. "It wasn't like a Band-Aid. I still have moments here and there, of course."
