Justin Timberlake had one person in particular he wanted to thank when he was honoured with a place in the Memphis Music Hall of Fame on Saturday. The 34-year-old paid tribute to his wife Jessica Biel while accepting the award at Tennessee City's Cannon Centre, calling her his "rock".
"Baby, I love you more than I could put into words and more than any song I could ever write," Justin said, before describing the actress as "beautiful, loving and incredibly understanding".
Justin Timberlake was emotional as he collected his award
Justin was clearly overjoyed to have been recognised by his peers with the Hall of Fame induction, and was noticeably choked at times during his speech, describing the honour as the "coolest thing" that had ever happened to him. "My favourite part about this city is we don't apologise for who we are, and that's who this city has taught me to be," he said.
The former 'N Sync star has had an incredible year both personally and professionally after welcoming his son Silas with Jessica in April. Justin has since described fatherhood as "the most insanely amazing, wonderful, unbelievable thing to ever happen", and said he was particularly pleased because his son's first word was "dada".

Justin's relationship with Jessica also appears to be even stronger than ever, with the talented star once again paying tribute to his wife as he accepted an award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in March.
"You can't have innovation without creation, so finally, I want to thank my best friend, my favourite collaborator – my wife Jessica, at home, who's watching," Justin said as he accepted the Innovator Award, adding that he couldn't wait to meet their baby, who was born less than two weeks later on 11 April.
The couple want to raise their son away from the spotlight and have been spending time at their home in Big Sky, Montana. However Jessica is slowly returning to work after Silas' birth and is opening a kids' restaurant called Au Fudge.
