Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie only had eyes for each other on the red carpet on Wednesday night. The A-List couple made a photogenic duo as they attended the Wall Street Journal Innovator Awards at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
Angelina, 40, looked effortlessly glamorous in a black bandeau floor length gown complete with a thigh high split and bow back detail. She wore her hair tied back into a tight bun and had kept her make-up natural. Meanwhile Brad looked handsome in a classic black suit and tie with his hair slicked back.
He held hands with his wife as they arrived at the event and kept a protective arm around her as they posed on the red carpet.

The couple's united front at the awards ceremony comes just days after they offered an insight into their marriage, saying that their relationship is stronger than ever after ten years together.
Angelina talked about how Brad had supported her through her operations after she had her ovaries removed in March following a double mastectomy two years earlier.
"I knew through the surgeries that he was on my side and that this wasn't something where I was gonna feel less of a woman because my husband wasn't gonna let that happen,'' Angelina told The Today Show. "To face these issues together and speak about them and talk about what it is to be human, I think can be a beautiful thing."

Brad also praised Angelina for the way she had handled the medical treatment, explaining that he flew back from France to support her as soon as he got the call.
He confided: "There was no vanity to my wife's approach. It was mature. 'This is our life and we're gonna make the best of it.' There was a strength in that. It was just another of those things in life that makes you tighter, and she was doing it for the kids, and she was doing it for her family so we could be together."
