Scott Disick is still in rehab, despite reports suggesting he had left his treatment facility on Tuesday. The father-of-three was believed to have left the centre in Malibu after he posted a photo of himself stepping onto a private plane, however sources have explained to E! News that Scott is still receiving treatment.
The 32-year-old is said to be able to use his mobile phone while in rehab, which explains his recent Instagram post, captioned: "Private aviation is my motivation."

Scott checked into the Cliffside Malibu centre in October as he decided to take control of his life after a summer of partying in the wake of his split from Kourtney Kardashian. He is said to be doing well during his time in the facility, with a source telling E! News that he is taking time to reconsider his friendships in the outside world.
"Scott has made an effort to cut bad influences out of his life," the source said. "He knows a lot of people were using him. At the time, he didn't really care because he was caught up in all the partying, but he's finally realised the party has to stop.

"He's focusing on a tighter, more loyal circle of friends – the people who were there for him before all the money and fame."
During his time in rehab, Scott has been visited by Kourtney and her mother Kris Jenner, who brought along their children Mason, Penelope and Reign to see him.
"Scott and Kourtney had some friendly interaction, but Scott mostly focused on the kids," a source told People of their visit. "You could tell that he was very happy to see them. He looks much healthier."
According to the magazine, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star "wants to make it stick this time because he has come close to losing everything".
Kourtney called time on her nine-year relationship with Scott in July, after photos emerged of him getting close to old flame Chloe Bartoli during a trip to Europe. In a preview for the next series of the family's reality show, Scott can be seen breaking down in tears as he tells Kourtney it was the "worst decision of my life".
