The low-key couple appear to have reached an amicable settlement, with TMZ reporting that British model/actress Agyness will keep three of their LA homes, and Giovanni receiving two. The site also reports that the 40-year-old actor will keep his Harley Davidson motorbike, while Agyness gets the vintage Mercedes Benz.The couple didn't have any children together, and it's thought that neither will receive spousal support.

Giovanni filed for divorce from Agyness in January after two-and-a-half years of marriage. According to court documents, the Boiler Room star cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split, with the date of separation listed as 28 December, 2014.The couple tied the knot in LA in June 2012 in a quiet, private ceremony, and they remained under the radar throughout their marriage and subsequent split.In 2013, Agyness opened up about their surprise wedding, telling InStyle magazine: "I don't know.
