Katherine Jenkins is in need of some motivation. The new mum has shared a picture of herself about to embark on her first run outdoors since giving birth to her daughter Aaliyah – and she's admitted she's dreading it!
Wrapping up from the chilly weather in a warm padded jacket, Katherine posed for a quick selfie before setting off. She enlisted the help of her friend and fellow exercise buddy, radio host Greg Burns, to make it through the run.
"First post pregnancy outdoor run..." wrote Katherine. "Seriously in need of some motivation & dreading it after all this time (anyone else out there feeling the same?!) but excited at least to be back with my running buddy @GregCapital ....I feel a major gossip coming on! Wish me luck! #Running #PostPregnancy."

Katherine and her American film director husband, Andrew Levitas, welcomed their first child at the end of September in New York City. The couple, who married at Hampton Court Palace last year, returned to London in November.
The new mum made a sensational return to the red carpet, attending the annual Tusk Trust Conservation Awards with her husband last week.

Katherine has clearly bounced back to her pre-baby body and showed off her trim figure in a cobalt blue, floor-length dress. The Welsh songbird was a sight to behold, wowing on the night and once again showing her support for Prince William's charity.
As well as making her return to the spotlight, Katherine has been gradually sharing photos of her little bundle of joy. The proud mum, who announced Aaliyah's birth on Instagram, has posted close-up photos of her daughter's hands and feet and sweetly captioned one snap: "Can't believe how much I love these tiny hands."

She also created a photo collage to present her daughter to her fans on social media, writing: "Introducing our daughter Aaliyah Reign Levitas, who came loudly into the world weighing almost 7lbs and surrounded by love. We are absolutely besotted with her & grateful for the beautiful blessing of this happy, healthy, little miracle."
