After retiring from the limelight following the birth of her son, Kim Kardashian returned spectacularly to attend her family’s annual Christmas Eve party. The reality TV star posed for several photo booth pictures alongside her friends, in the first snaps we have seen of the star since she gave birth to Saint on 5 December.

Not one to miss out on the festivities Kim joined the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan to celebrate the festive holiday. The mum-of-two looked in high spirits as she cuddled up to close friend Jonathan Cheban whilst rocking her new favourite hairstyle, French braids.Although there was no sign of two-week-old Saint, older sister North happily posed with her mum alongside family friends Brittny Gastineau and Carla DiBello. The mother-daughter duo can be seen playfully joking around in the black-and-white snap.

Also in attendance at the lavish party were North’s aunts Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie. All of the sisters showed off their sartorial expertise dressing to impress but it was the younger Jenner sister that grabbed everyone’s attention. Never one to shy away from the camera Kylie posted several pictures of her party outfit, a special gift from Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing. "Most beautiful Christmas gift ever! @olivier_rousteing merry Christmas eve," wrote the 18-year old to her 46M followers alongside of picture of her posing in a stunning emerald green mini-dress.

Proving it really was a family affair Caitlyn Jenner joined her children and stepchildren at the party. Talking about the event on her website she explained that this was one of her favourite parties as the family have been doing it for the last 30 years. Talking about ex-wife Kris she said: "She does such a beautiful job with decorating the house. We’ve had the same Santa Claus for 25 years! It’s a great time for our family, a great time for all our close friends. It really kicks off our holiday season perfectly and it certainly is a lot of fun."
