During a hearing at the Manhattan Supreme Court Guy’s lawyer stated that the teenager "expressed very clearly" that he did not want to return to the US to spend the festive period. At the end of the hearing the judge ruled that if Rocco did want to adapt his custody situation he must first fly back to America to discuss it with his mother.Clearly upset by the situation and missing her eldest son, pop superstar Madonna posted a throwback picture of herself with Rocco captioning it: "Merry X-mas to the Sun-Shine of my life."
