A devoted fan has seen her wildest dreams come true after her favourite celebrity invited her out. Danielle Caesar spent five years tweeting Disney star Jake T Austin before Cupid finally worked his magic. This week, the heart throb broke millions of hearts with a romantic declaration of love for his superfan-turned-girlfriend on Instagram.

Jake, 21, who made his name as Max in the Wizards of Waverly Place alongside Selena Gomez, shared a picture of himself kissing Danielle with the caption: "I am crazy for her".

The picture created a stir among his 1.3 million instagram, followers, wracking up thousands of likes and comments, with many declaring that she was their #fangirlgoals.

Danielle first contacted Jake in 2009, saying: "'You're amazing; sorry just thought you should know that :)". Then in 2012, the brunette managed to meet the object of her affections at Planet Hollywood in New York, where he posed for a photo with her.

She posted the photo on Twitter along telling him: "Your smile is so sweet @jtaustin." The actor, who is Puerto Rican descent and lists JLo as his "womancrushwednesday", followed his pretty fan the next day on Twitter where he has 3 million followers.

However, only one of those has managed to capture his heart. Through her persistence, Danielle, 22, has managed to make herself the envy of young fangirls everywhere. No wonder when she shared the photo of their smooch, she wrote: "Every love story is beautiful, but ours is my favourite".
