Celine penned the letter on behalf of herself and her three sons
Celine's beloved husband of 21 years was laid to rest in a public funeral held at the Notre-Dame Basilica in Montreal on 24 January, with her eldest son giving a moving eulogy to his father during the televised service.
The following day Celine paid her final respects to her older brother Daniel at a private memorial service. However the mum-of-three was said to be too grief-stricken to attend his funeral service on Monday, with a source revealing that she felt unable to go through any more public mourning.
"Her heart is in pieces. She's extremely heartbroken," a source told People.
Despite her devastating grief, the brave singer has confirmed that she will resume her Las Vegas performances on 23 February.
