Heidi Klum seems to be in a very good place at the moment and is not shy about telling the whole world. The mother of four, who rarely shows images of her current boyfriend Vito Schnabel, has publicly declared her love for him with a very romantic image.
The supermodel, 42, shared a black-and-white snap to her 2.4 million Instagram followers which showed her cuddling up to Vito, 29, in bed.
"I love you," she captioned the sweet picture which has since been favourited more than 38,000 times by fans, who have reacted very well to her open display of affection: "Thanks for clarifying. You can't deny, they really favor each other," one wrote.
"You are in love your whole life, Great! Thats why you look so fresh ?," another one said.
The couple have been dating since 2014 but have only become more open about their relationship in the past year, and by the looks of it, things are going smoothly.
Last month the duo fled the packed city of New York to a secluded snowy destination to enjoy some alone time. The former Victoria's Secret model kept the location a secret from her followers but shared several snaps which were accompanied by captions such as "Special" and "HAPPY".
Although the German star is active on social media, she has recently revealed that she will not be sharing certain pictures with her followers – those which show her children.

In an interview given to News Corp Australia, she said: "I don't really post my family (on social media). I don't show the faces of my children, I chose not to do that – ever."
"I feel like you have to have a certain privacy still. Sometimes I give a glimpse of my private life, or my boyfriend, but I feel like there has to be a limit to it because I don't want to share everything, either."
