Gwyneth Paltrow shares sweet photo of Apple and Blue Ivy at Super Bowl

It was a family affair at the Super Bowl 50 on Sunday as good friends Chris Martin and Beyoncé both prepared to perform at the half-time show. Chris' ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow uploaded an adorable photo showing their 11-year-old daughter Apple holding hands with little Blue Ivy, four, backstage at Levi's Stadium in San Francisco."#superbowl50 jacket game," Gwyneth captioned the photo, which is taken from behind and shows the two girls wearing colourful coats as they walk along side by side.

Gwyneth was at the game with both her children, Apple and nine-year-old Moses, to support ex Chris, while Blue Ivy was in attendance with mum Beyoncé, who didn't stop killing the internet this weekend – first with the surprise release of her new single Formation, then her half-time show appearance and finally with the announcement of a new world tour, which begins in June.Beyoncé and Coldplay joined forces with Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson to produce a spectacular performance, which many, including Ellen DeGeneres, described as the "best half-time show ever".

Chris had explained that Coldplay's headlining set would represent the past, present and future, and joked about how they would fit in all their hits in just 12 minutes. "We decided to play all our no. 1s and then work out how to fill the other 10 minutes," he said at a press conference ahead of the game.He then reiterated his love for Beyoncé, who headlined at the 2013 Super Bowl. "We love Beyoncé’s music. She's one of our all-time favourites, and she's one of the greatest performers I've ever witnessed," he said.

Beyoncé, meanwhile, shared some behind-the-scenes photographs taken during dress rehearsals ahead of Sunday's show. In the images, the singer can be seen in her show time black leather outfit practising out on the field as her daughter watches. Husband Jay Z, 46, stands behind the pair, taking a snapshot of the moment on his phone.
