Louis Tomlinson once again drove fans into a frenzy after revealing he was looking after his son Freddie on Sunday. The 24-year-old said he was spending some quality time with the newborn when a fan asked what he was up to on Twitter.
"Me and Freddie are just catching up on the football," Louis tweeted the fan – quickly prompting an excited reaction from his 21.5 million Twitter followers, who liked the post over 72,000 times.
Sarah, the fan who tweeted the original question, revealed she was "screaming and crying" after getting a reply from her idol, while a number of other "Directioners" commented about their love for the star.
"Freddie is lucky to have you in his life :)", one wrote, while another commented: "Dad and son goals."
Louis nearly broke the internet when he shared the first photo of his baby boy at the end of January, as well as revealing his son's name – Freddie Reign Tomlinson. The One Direction star uploaded a black-and-white snapshot that shows him topless as he cradled his tiny son. "Meet my little lad Freddie," he captioned the sweet photograph.
The Drag Me Down singer welcomed his first child with former flame Briana Jungwirth on 21 January, and the proud mum also shared a photo of their son on Instagram, taken moments after he was born.
It shows the new mum gently kissing the new arrival as she cuddles him in her hospital bed, and she captioned the picture: "1/21/16. Freddie Reign. Love of my life."

Louis is determined to be as involved as possible in his baby son's life, and it has been claimed he is paying £10,000 a month in child support – amounting to £2million over his lifetime. "Louis is doing everything he can to provide for mother and baby," a source told The Sun. "He's very wealthy but is still being hugely generous in the amount he is giving… He's taking being a dad very seriously. "Over half of the money will reportedly go on a £4,200 a month rent for a four-bedroom house in Calabasas where Briana can live with Freddie. Louis, meanwhile, is renting his own home nearby so that he can be close to his son.
