Nearly two years after announcing their split, Katharine McPhee and Nick Cokas have officially divorced. According to legal documents filed earlier this week, the Scorpion star and her ex-manager are no longer man and wife.
Nick, 50, has been granted spousal support, which means that Katharine must pay her ex approximately £70,000 within the next few days. The actress may also end up giving him up to £275,000 each year depending on her income.
The spousal support expires in October 2017, according to court documents obtained by People.

The pair will also divide Katharine's earnings from her now-cancelled show Smash, as well as any income the American Idol finalist may have earned from songs made during her marriage, when Nick was Katharine's manager.
As for her current show Scorpion, Katharine and Nick are only splitting the cash made from the pilot episode.
TMZ's report adds that the 31-year-old beauty will keep her 2012 Mercedes Benz M Class SUV, while Nick will have the 2013 Jeep Wrangler.

The ex-couple filed for divorce in May 2014 – seven months after Katharine was pictured kissing her former Smash director Michael Morris, who is also married. Michael and his actress wife Mary McCormack, with whom he shares three daughters, have since reconciled.
"After six years of marriage, and having been separated for the past year, Katharine McPhee has filed for a dissolution of marriage from Nick Cokas," the star's representative told People. "The two have an amicable relationship and will remain friends. They ask that people respect their privacy during this time."
Another source added: "It was just time. They'd grown apart and weren't right for each other anymore."
Katharine is now dating her Scorpion co-star Elyes Gabel
Initially it was thought that Katharine and Nick might reconcile, after they were spotted walking their dogs together and looking very happy, a couple of months before the split announcement.
Katharine seems to have moved on and is currently dating her Scorpion co-star Elyes Gabel, with whom she has been pictured kissing between takes on set.
Sharing an Instagram photo of the couple at the Super Bowl last week, Katharine, referring to her boyfriend's character Walter, wrote: "Poor Walter has too many lines... #superbowl50 #Scorpion #practicemakesperfect."
