The 32-year-old, who recently competed in a gruelling Swiss ski challenge, stunned in a white dress with black detailing and a red heart-shaped bespoke Radley handbag to match her stilettos, perfect for the event.

As well as Kate Middleton's sister, Natasha Kaplinsky and Lord Jeffrey Archer will host the annual fundraising ball, which is taking place at The Savoy to celebrate Heart Month and raise vital funds for groundbreaking research.
Pippa is rubbing shoulders with other celebrities, including Hugh Grant, Sinitta, Oliver Proudlock and Jessica Wright as the 300 guests bid to win designer handbags, stunning jewellery, art and exciting experiences.

Speaking of her involvement Natasha Kaplinsky said: "I am honoured to be hosting the British Heart Foundation’s Roll out the Red Ball this year. It looks set to be an incredible evening and the money raised will go towards vital research to help the seven million people affected by cardiovascular disease."
