Eva Longoria may only just be planning her wedding to fiancé Jose Antonio Baston, but she already thinks of him as her husband. The former Desperate Housewives star told Us Weekly that she and her fiancé have "been calling each other husband and wife for a while" – even before Jose got down on one knee in December.
"The word fiancée feels like I got demoted," Eva said. "We feel married."
Jose proposed to Eva during a trip to Dubai for the Global Gift Gala at the Dubai International Film Festival. After being presented with a stunning ruby and diamond encrusted engagement ring, Eva couldn't wait to share the news on Instagram with a photo of the couple kissing.

"Ummmm so this happened… #Engaged #Dubai #Happiness," Eva wrote.
Eva has since said that she is in no rush to walk down the aisle, and revealed that she has learned from her previous marriages to Tyler Christopher and Tony Parker that marriage is about a lot more than the wedding day.
"Once you realise a wedding isn't a marriage, then you can learn to appreciate it a lot more, and it lessens the expectations when you've gone through it," Eva explained.

However when she does tie the knot, Eva has admitted it will be a "big fat Mexican wedding".
Speaking during an appearance on The Today Show in January, the 40-year-old said: "I mean, I'm still in the glow of engagement, and it was such a surprise. It was in Dubai and it was in the desert. We're still absorbing that moment.
"I'm still applauding him for how beautiful and amazing it was, and then we'll talk about the big fat Mexican wedding."
Eva began dating the president of Televisa, Latin America's largest media company, in 2013.
