Since reports began to surface in January that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth had decided to give their love another chance, fans have been wondering if the couple are indeed back together.
Well, good news! Miley's godmother Dolly Parton has confirmed the news, revealing that she was "really happy to hear that they had gotten back together."
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth reportedly got back together earlier this year
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the country singer was asked if she liked Miley and Liam as a couple, to which she replied: "Yes, I do", before revealing she was "really happy" to have heard they had reconciled.
The young couple sparked rumours of reconciliation after Miley saw in the New Year with Liam, his brother Chris Hemsworth and wife Elsa Pataky in Australia. Elsa shared multiple images of herself and Miley together on social media as the group partied at the annual Falls Festival.

Later that month, the singer, 23, fuelled speculation that their engagement was back on by wearing the engagement ring he presented to her in May 2012. Miley flashed the diamond ring in a selfie she shared with her more than 38 million followers. The snap prominently featured the striking Neil Lane band – a 3.5 carat cushion-cut diamond ring, handcrafted in 18 carat gold and featuring carved diamond floral motifs in an art noveau pattern.
"Miley wants to get married," a source told People magazine at the time. "His family was very hesitant about a marriage in the past, but they really got to know Miley better when she spent time in Australia a few weeks ago. Everyone seems excited that they are back together."
