Ben Cohen's divorce from his ex-wife Abby Cohen has been finalised. The former rugby star, who is due to welcome a child with his Strictly co-star Kristina Rihanoff in three months, separated from Abby in 2014, and this week she confirmed the marriage is officially over. "I'm Ben Cohen's ex-wife," she told the Mirror, stating that she is putting the past behind her. "If it wasn't for that woman, me and Ben would still be married. But so what? I'm moving on.

"I don't want to talk about being the ditched wife. Ben's getting on with his life. I wish him well with his new family."Abby previously described her break-up from Ben – with who she has eight-year-old twins Harriette and Isabelle – as "the most horrific time of my life".

A source close to Abby added: "She'll have to be linked to Kristina through family connections with the new baby being half-brother or sister to her twins. Ben and Abby have finally agreed to a financial settlement, which hasn't been without argument."

Kristina announced her pregnancy news back in January, and cannot wait to welcome her first child. "It was a surprise but I'm obviously delighted," she told HELLO!. "My mother was with me over Christmas and when we found out she put her arms around me and she cried with joy. It is her lifelong dream for me to have a child and it was lovely to see her so happy. "The mum-to-be also revealed she had decided to leave Strictly Come Dancing to prepare for motherhood. "It's a bittersweet situation. I was on Strictly for eight years and I always loved the dancing side of it, but I feel relieved because I wasn't happy towards the end," she admitted. "I'm also sad because I'm going to miss everyone. I will always be grateful for the fantastic opportunity that Strictly gave me to be part of such a brilliant show."
