She continued: "I'm happy. Rested. Feel blessed and am looking forward to the rest of the year… Everything evolves and changes. Time to move on xx."
Caroline spoke out after reports suggested she and Olly weren't talking because she was disappointed with him for not telling her they were going to be axed from The X Factor.
A source told The Sun: "Caroline felt really disappointed that Olly knew they wouldn't be returning before she did. She thought he'd at least have had the courtesy to tell her."

Caroline and Olly announced they were stepping down from presenting duties on the ITV show in February. At the time Caroline said she had a "brilliant time" working on the X Factor, while Olly said he wanted to focus more on his music career.
It has since been confirmed that Dermot O'Leary will be returning "home" to the show, and he has already filmed a promotional video for this year's open auditions.
Theirs is not the only exit to shake-up the show this year; on Monday Cheryl Fernandez-Versini confirmed she was leaving her judging role, following Nick Grimshaw who announced his decision to quit in February.
