Madonna has returned to London in a bid to be reunited with her son Rocco. The Rebel Heart singer has been involved in an ongoing custody battle with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie over their son, and a judge has pleaded with them to resolve their differences for the sake of the teenager.
The 57-year-old appeared ready for business as she arrived at London's Heathrow Airport on Thursday morning, wearing an all-black ensemble and dark sunglasses. She has reportedly decided to return to the UK so she can get Rocco back to school once he returns from holiday.

Rocco is currently in the Maldives with Guy, his wife Jacqui and their three young children, and Madonna is said to be concerned about the amount of school he is missing.
"She has said she is prepared to fly over to London when Rocco gets back and take him to school herself," a source told The Sun. "Madonna is concerned Rocco is going to be missing so much school. She wants Rocco to relax but his education is very important."
Madonna had shared her excitement at being reunited with her son in an Instagram post on Wednesday. Sharing a close-up selfie of her face, the singer wrote: "YES! Good things are coming!"

Guy and Madonna have been embroiled in an ongoing dispute over where Rocco should live since December, with lawsuits taking place in both London and the US. In March, a High Court Judge ruled that the legal battle will be decided in New York and that the English proceedings should be closed.
Mr Justice MacDonald urged the former couple to resolve their dispute as soon as possible, so they can focus on enjoying what is left of Rocco's "precious" childhood.
