Brooklyn Beckham is in the driver's seat as he gives his dad a lift

Brooklyn Beckham is growing up fast! The 17-year-old has been learning to drive and took his dad Davidfor a spin, leading the retired footballer to share a photo where he jokily looks worried at the prospect of his son in the driver's seat.

The 40-year-old grimaced to the camera as Brooklyn stuck his tongue out in the background. He captioned the snap: "The face of a dad that's almost 41 being driven around by his little boy (not so little)", accompanied by a car and love heart emoji.

David teased Brooklyn by looking worried as he drove

Brooklyn reached the legal driving age in March and has yet to pass his test, suggesting that David was giving the learner driver a few tips while accompanying him in the car.

The teen revealed how excited he was to learn on his 17th birthday after he posted a throwback photo of himself, writing: "Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. Looking forward to my first driving lesson".

As well as David taking him out to learn the ropes, Brooklyn has also been seen learning to drive in a Mercedes as he said goodbye to his instructor outside Claridges Hotel, where his reported girlfriend Chloe Grace Moretz was staying during her time in London.

The Burberry photographer apparently confirmed that he was back in a relationship with his on-off girlfriend after posting photos of them together on Instagram, with one accompanied by a love heart emoji.

Chloe also seemed to confirm the rumours by sharing a photo of herself travelling to London, writing: "Just a mermaid.. Making her way to London.. To find her prince..."
