Idris Elba seemed to confirm his romantic reunion with Naiyana Garth at the BAFTA TV awards on Sunday evening. The handsome star and Naiyana looked very much an item as they walked the red carpet together at the star-studded event, Idris proudly posing with his arm around the 28-year-old make-up artist outside London's Royal Festival Hall.The couple – who are parents to 23-month-old son Winston – couldn't stop smiling as they arrived for the ceremony, Idris looking adoringly at Naiyana, who looked beautiful in a sparkling floor-length gown.

A source told the Mirror: "Idris and Naiyana have had their ups and downs but they still adore each other. And they are dedicated to Winston. "An onlooker added: "They both looked into each other, and Idris was looking out for Naiyana making sure she was okay while he did interviews on the red carpet. "Idris, 43, and Naiyana were reported to have separated in February of this year, with a source claiming he had moved out of the family home in south-west London and into a nearby rented flat. "They've kept it very quiet," the insider said. "It's very sad that this has happened while Idris is experiencing the highest points of his professional career and they can't celebrate it with each other."

Idris' appearance with Naiyana wasn't his only news at the BAFTAs – he also revealed he had lost his voice. The star, who was nominated for the Best Actor award for Luther, told red carpet reporters: "Unfortunately I have lost my voice over the last two days so I'm a bit nervous if I did win, I won't have much to say!"Idris eventually lost out to Mark Rylance, who took home the coveted actor statuette for his role in Wolf Hall.
