The Saturdays singer's outing comes just days after she helped the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry to launch their 'Heads Together' campaign at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Frankie was attending in her role as an ambassador for the mental health charity Mind, and said she'd had an "awesome morning" at the event, where she tested her boxing skills with world champion boxer Duke McKenzie.
Sharing a picture of her giggling while punching in her boxing gloves, Frankie wrote: "Awesome morning spent launching the #headstogether campaign with @Mindcharity showing off my boxing skills."
Frankie is currently enjoying some downtime with her two young sons while The Saturdays take an extended break. The 27-year-old often shares glimpses at her family life on social media, recently joking that "sleeping is for losers" as she posted a photo of herself in bed with her two young sons.
