Although Gwyneth and Chris split in 2014, with Gwyneth filing for divorce in April 2015, the couple have remained on great terms and recently took their children to Disneyland together for Apple's birthday. Gwyneth shared a selfie of the pair while they waited for their two children, Apple and Moses, 10, to ride Thunder Mountain, captioning the snap: "When your parents can't handle #thundermountain anymore so they wait for you at the bottom. #disneyland #thehappiestplaceonearth #birthdayweekend."

Gwyneth has opened up about her relationship with Chris since the split, telling Glamour magazine that they are "still very much a family." She said: "We spend a lot of time together. He's been away for two weeks. Last night he got in at midnight and slept here so he could surprise the kids in the morning, we could all have breakfast, and he could take them to school.
"So ... we're not living together, but he's more than welcome to be with us whenever he wants. And vice versa: I sleep in his house in Malibu a lot with the kids. We're still very much a family, even though we don't have a romantic relationship. He's like my brother."
The Iron Man star also celebrated Apple's 12th birthday by hosting a sleepover and birthday brunch at a cabin, which was attended by Beyonce and Jay Z's four-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy. She also shared a throwback photo of Apple as a toddler, writing: "Here she is 10 years ago today on what was her second birthday. Happy birthday, Apple Martin, great love of my life."
