Jeff Brazier found a special way for his sons Bobby and Freddy to remember their late mum Jade Goody on what would have been her 35th birthday. The trio gathered on Brighton Pier with a group of friends and family to release a number of pink balloons into the sky on Sunday.
Sharing a short video from the poignant celebrations, Jeff wrote: "We will never tire of the love & support we're given when it truly counts most. Thank you for sharing our day & the boys moment to say #HappyBirthdayMum X."

Jeff had previously tweeted to say that he was planning something for Bobby, 13, and Freddy, 12, to mark their late mum's special day. The life coach is keen to ensure his sons remember their mum as much as possible following her death in 2009 at the age of 27.
The 37-year-old has previously explained that he sets aside a day each month for Bobby and Freddy to focus on their mum, telling HELLO! Online: "We always talk about Jade and always do out things to celebrate her life, which is the way we like to look at it. We always try and make the 15th, but if we're doing something that day then we say the 14th or 16th.

"We'll always just try and maintain that standard so we know that we're doing everything that we can for us, because we know that expressing how we feel and talking about mummy is a good thing for us to do."
Jeff dotes on his two children, and organised a special treat for his eldest son Bobby in honour of his 13th birthday on Thursday – the chance to act as a flag bearer at their international friendly against Portugal at Wembley Stadium. Sharing a number of photos from their fun evening out, Jeff appeared just as excited as his young son when he had the chance to come face-to-face with his "footballing hero" John Barnes.
