Two years after they started dating, and Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are still head over heels in love. Sofia took to Instagram on Tuesday to share the sweetest anniversary message for her husband. "2 yrs. Te Amo. Don't ever change," the 43-year-old Modern Family star wrote alongside a photo of the couple cuddled up together on the red carpet.

Sofia and Joe are no strangers to sharing their love on social media – just recently Sofia posted a picture of herself with her arms wrapped around her hubby as they enjoyed an afternoon tea together.
Joe, 39, popped the question to Sofia in December 2014, after six months of dating, and they were married in November 2015 at The Breakers Palm Beach resort in Florida. Celebrity guests included her Hot Pursuit co-star Reese Witherspoon, his Magic Mike co-star Channing Tatum and wife Jenna Dewan, True Blood's Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, and Sofia's Modern Family castmates.

The newlyweds then jetted off on a romantic seven-day honeymoon at the exclusive resort Parrot Cay by COMO on a private island in Turks and Caicos.
Shortly after their return, Sofia opened up about her "fairytale" wedding to Ellen DeGeneres, and revealed that her grown-up son Manolo had been the one to walk her down the aisle.
"He was very excited to give me away," the actress said. "It was like a dream, like a fairytale. Like, it came out perfectly how I wanted. I have to say, the people that work helping me do the wedding, amazing!" Sofia then revealed that the reception lasted all through the night, until around six the next morning. "We had like a party and then we had an after-party," she joked.
