After having three children Holly Willoughby still has a figure envied by many, and now she's revealed how motherhood has completely changed the way she views her body.
The 35-year-old shares Harry, seven, Belle, five, and one-year-old Chester with husband Dan Baldwin, and, during an appearance on ITV's Lorraine, she explained how bringing three children into the world has given her confidence she never had before.
Holly Willoughby revealed childbirth has changed the way she views her body
Holly said: "I view my body in a very different way to perhaps when I was younger. My body gave me three beautiful children and, you know, I'm healthy and they're healthy, and it's incredible what your body can do, and you feed your children – it's incredible!
"I think I just look at my body very differently now, my body tells the tale of my life."
This Morning presenter Holly also discussed the possibility of having more children, but admitted she and Dan feel content with the way things are right now.

She continued: "The thing is I don't like saying it's over because I don't like any of that bit of my life being over. It makes me really sad to think that I won't go through that again because I loved it so much. But I do look at my three children and think, 'I feel like my family is all here now'. I feel complete, but never say never."
Holly recently released her new book, Truly Happy Baby… It Worked For Me, in which she details her experience of childbirth. Discussing her frank recollections, she added: "I've been brutally honest in there. So there is nothing I've kept a secret, I have sort of been quite honest about my own experiences, even the really embarrassing stuff. I talk quite openly about after you've given birth, about one of the scariest things you'll have to do which is go to the loo for the first time."
