Megan and Brian have reportedly reconciled

The couple already share two sons, Noah, three, and Bodhi, two, and have been spotted going to lunch together as a family, hinting at the pair's reconciliation.

The source continued: "During their separation, Brian always hoped Megan would change her mind about the divorce and he is very happy that she did. They both worked hard to figure out their marriage and things seem great."

The pair originally announced their break-up in August 2015, before Megan revealed that she was pregnant back in April this year. At the time, a source confirmed to People that Brian was the father, saying: "Of course Brian is the father! They never stopped loving each other and they will never stop being devoted parents to their boys."

Brian opened up about becoming a dad for the fourth time

Brian, who also has a 14-year-old son from his previous relationship with Vanessa Marcil, has opened up about expecting his third child with the star, saying:  "You know, nothing is planned. None of them are ever planned. You kind of just go with it. At my age, to be having three babies, is crazy. I'll be 43 this year."

The 30-year-old's father also confirmed that the couple were expecting a baby boy, telling the Daily Mail: "Megan is an amazing mum and I can't believe she is going to have three boys. Becoming a grandfather has been a wonderful experience and brought us even close together."
