David revealed Harper was excited when she found out he was meeting the Queen
David recently revealed that Harper couldn't contain her excitement when she found out that he was meeting the Queen at Buckingham Palace, where he headed to meet the Queen's Young Leaders of 2016.
He revealed that his little girl even asked if Her Majesty was going to indulge in the Great British pastime of "drinking tea".
It's the second year that the retired footballer has been involved in the Queen's Young Leaders project and looking back at his first visit, David, 41, admitted that he was "very nervous" but "very proud to be invited".
The doting dad also said that he hoped that Harper and her three brothers, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, would be inspired by the young participants.
"Whether they go on to be whatever they want to be, to be honest, as long as they have dreams and aspirations, what better people to look at then these young women and men," said David.
