Peter Andre chose a traditional – albeit unusual – gift for his pregnant wife Emily MacDonagh in honour of their first wedding anniversary. The star presented his love with a signed photograph of himself, after deciding that a piece of paper with his autograph on it was "not special enough".
Writing in his New magazine column, Pete, 43, revealed: "As it's our first anniversary we're supposed to give each other gifts made out of paper, so I joked that I was going to give her a signed autograph – but I didn't think that was special enough, so I gave her a signed photograph instead."

Pete and Emily – who are parents to two-year-old daughter Amelia and have a second child on the way – tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at Mamhead House in Exeter on 11 July, 2015.
"I can't believe it's been a year already – it's flown by," the Australian singer continued. "I took her to a nice hotel where she had some spa treatments. I made sure she was well looked after. The kids didn't come with us, so it was nice to have some alone time."
On Monday, Pete shared an intimate video of his wedding to 26-year-old Emily with fans. The five-minute clip shows highlights from their special day – from the moment they exchange vows, to Pete leading guests in some traditional plate smashing at the reception, in honour of his Greek heritage.

Little Amelia also features in the clip, as does Pete's children from his first marriage, 10-year-old son Junior and eight-year-old daughter Princess.
"This is a little something from my beautiful Emily and I," he wrote on Twitter. "Please share and enjoy."
