She's only four-years-old, but Blue Ivy Carter has already developed a very caring nature, if this latest video is anything to go by. Beyoncé's mother Tina Lawson posted a video of a recent family vacation to Instagram, showing her getting ready to jump from the second storey of their yacht.
Tina, 62, wrote alongside the video: "This is my first jump from the second story. Which gave me the courage to go up higher."
Blue Ivy was concerned about Tina Knowles' swimming abilities
But little Blue Ivy was clearly sceptical of the height, as she can be heard asking: "Do you really know how to swim?" Luckily a family member was on hand to reassure the little girl, and he responds: "She does."
And Tina wasn't just jumping for the sake of it; in another video she explains to followers that she was taking a "leap of faith". She added: "It was a little scary!"
It seems as if Blue Ivy is always looking out for her grandmother, as Tina previously revealed it was the little girl who persuaded her to marry Richard Lawson.
Blue acted as flower girl at Tina and Richard's wedding last year
Speaking to People following the wedding last year, Tina explained: "[In September] we went on a boat with Beyoncé and Jay Z for her birthday, and when we came out one night dressed to go to dinner, Blue said, 'Oh y'all look so beautiful. When are y'all getting married?'
"Richard said, 'Oh, Blue, soon. Do you approve?' And she said yes. That's the first time we talked seriously about getting married."
Unsurprisingly Blue served as flower girl during the ceremony, which took place aboard a yacht in California.
