Following pesky rumours that their romance was over before it had really begun, Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston have responded in the most millennial way. Actor Tom recently joined Instagram and all eyes were on his following/followers lists.
Almost a week after he signed up to the picture sharing app, Tom, 35, and 26-year-old singer Taylor finally followed each other – ending speculation that they're on the rocks.

Taylor's relationship with The Night Manager star Tom was made public in June – just two weeks after her split from Calvin Harris – when they were spotted getting cosy on a beach in Rhode Island.
But, after being inseparable for most of the summer, enjoying romantic tours of Rome and Australia, and beating off rumours they're romance was a publicity stunt, things suddenly seemed to cool off between the couple earlier this month.

As he and Shake it Off hit maker Taylor made their romance Instagram official, Tom opened up about their "high profile" relationship.
During a Facebook Q&A session, he explained: "We all live in a world where every phone has a camera and there's nothing new, really, about the spotlight on me; I think that's what happens when you're a public figure. I've learned that there are so many sides to a story, and that sometimes there are a lot of stories out there which are false, and the hardest thing is to try not to let those falsehood affect your own life. That's all I would say."
