She's lived here most of her life but it seems Sienna Miller has decided it's time for a change of scenery. The actress, once a regular on the London party scene, has quit the capital in favour of her home city New York.

Sienna, 34, moved to the American state with her four-year-old daughter Marlowe, after claiming London has become too "cliquey" and "uninspiring". The Alfie actress's sister Savannah shared a snap of her at JFK surrounded by a pile of luggage.

Savannah captioned it: "It's official; she's a New Yorker."

Once part of the Primrose Hill set reboot (when Kate Moss, Sadie Frost and co. were joined by people like Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty in the mid-2000s), Sienna has made it clear she's so over London.

She recently told MailOnline: "London feels cliquey and sometimes a little bit like swimming through mud. I feel like people come to New York to do something. I kind of dine out on that energy. Everyone is here because they're like, 'I have something to say, something to do and I'm going to do it'."

She became engaged to actor Jude Law after meeting on the set of 2004's Alfie

Sienna added: "I find New York, at the moment, a little bit more inspiring."

Life for Sienna is very different these days. After joining the It crowd of London celebrities, on Christmas Day 2004 she became engaged to hunky lothario Jude Law – but their relationship broke down a year later when it was revealed he'd been cheating with his children's nanny.

After enjoying brief romances with other stars including James Bond's Daniel Craig, Sienna started dating Marlowe's father Tom Sturridge in 2011. It was reported last year that the couple had called off their engagement and split after four years, and it's unclear whether or not he'll be joining them in New York.
