Cher Lloyd sent fans into a frenzy on social media when she appeared on Loose Women after a total style transformation. The 23-year-old chatted about her time in America having returned to the UK for the first time in two years, and finally cleared up rumours about her and former X Factor mentor Cheryl's reported fall out.
The star joined the Loose Women panel and revealed how she hadn't planned to stay in America, and that she was on a short trip when her music suddenly became incredibly successful in the States. "I didn't know I was going to [stay]," she said.
Cher has returned to the UK after two years in the States
"I went over there because my songs sort of just took off, and I had two suitcases, me and my husband had two suitcases each and we were just there for a promo tour and we just ended up being told that 'actually we're probably going to have to find a place because they seem to like you over here.'"
The star then joked about how much she was looking forward to finding all her old things in storage. "We had all of our stuff over here put in a storage lock up and I tell you what, I am so excited to go into the storage lock up. It's been about two years it's going to be like Christmas."
Fans took to Twitter to praise Cher's appearance on the show, and to compare her and Cheryl's very similar style look. One wrote: "Thought Cher Lloyd was Cheryl Cole was most impressed by her transformation especially change of accent!" while another added, "Cher Lloyd really does think she's Cheryl."

Cher opened up about the reported feud with her former mentor, telling the panel that the pair "made up ages ago."
She elaborated: "I had gotten married and she tweeted me and then when she got married I tweeted her. I'd hope to bump into her. Everything is fine there was never really an issue.
"But it was back when I was 16, this gob just ran away with it!"
