Jeff Brazier's girlfriend Kate Dwyer has spoken candidly about her relationship with his two sons, revealing that while it can be both "challenging and overwhelming", it is also incredibly rewarding. Kate has been dating the TV star since 2014, and shares the family home with Jeff and his children from his relationship with Jade Goody, Bobby, 13, and 12-year-old Freddie.

Opening up about her role recently, Kate shared a picture drawn by one of the boys which depicts her and Jeff as superheroes. "I would be lying if I said that there isn't occasions when living full time with someone else's (teenage) children is both challenging and overwhelming," she wrote on Instagram. "But then one of them does something like this and it all makes sense."

Jeff, 37, has raised Bobby and Freddie ever since his ex-partner Jade's untimely death in 2009, aged just 27. He is a devoted father, who is understandably incredibly proud of his boys; just last week, he shared details of a sweet conversation between him and Freddie on the night before his son started senior school.

"As I tucked him in I asked him one last time how he felt about his first day to which he replied, 'I don't have to be scared because I look smart in my new uniform and all I need to do is be myself'," Jeff wrote on his Huffington Post blog.

Kate is clearly a big support to Jeff. In an interview with HELLO! Online earlier this year, Jeff opened up about the couple's two year romance, and revealed he feels "really grateful" to have met Kate when he did.

"We're really happy, and I feel like Kate is just everything that I could possibly want in a partner," he said. "She's the first opinion that I want to ask, and she's the first person that I want to tell my good news to, and I just feel wonderfully grateful to have her."
