Autumnwatch presenter Martin Hughes-Games had a huge surprise when he went to register his newborn son's birth after spotting he had been labelled as 'deceased' on the birth certificate.
The TV presenter quickly saw the funny side of the morbid mistake, tweeting a photo of the form in which he is listed as 'television presenter (deceased)', writing: "Registered little Sam's birth yesterday. Surprised to read my occupation on birth cert. Unsettling!"
