Cheryl is to finally divorce from ex-husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini this week, the Daily Mirror reports.
According to the publication, the decree nisi will be read in London on Thursday. The outlet also reports that court papers show that no financial settlement has been reached for the pair, who were married for 18 months.

The split news comes amid speculation that Cheryl is pregnant with boyfriend Liam Payne after being snapped with what appears to be a baby bump.
A source told the newspaper that Cheryl is “delighted” to finally leave the marriage behind her and move on with her new life.

“This has been the result of months of negotiations,” they said. “After months of debate Cheryl is really relieved the terms have been finally agreed by both sides.”

Speculation that Cheryl and Liam are expecting a baby together has been growing momentum in recent weeks, but so far neither had addressed the claims. Close friend Kimberley Walsh, however, has publicly said she thinks Cheryl will make a great mum.

"She's really happy right now. And she'll be a brilliant mum," Kimberley, who is pregnant with baby number two, told the Sunday People. "She has loads of nieces and nephews, so she's used to the madness of children."
Her comments echo those made by Simon Cowell earlier this year, when the pregnancy rumours first surfaced. "Cheryl would be an amazing mum," he told the Mirror. "I have seen her with my son Eric and other kids over the years and she is incredible. She is very good with them. I think she is in a good place in her life right now. I had dinner with her a couple of months ago with Liam and they were great."
