Famed for being one sixth of the Pussycat Dolls, it comes as no surprise that Kimberly Wyatt keeps an active lifestyle - even whilst juggling a busy career alongside her adorable family.
Speaking exclusively to HELLO! Online, the 34-year-old - who is married to British model Max Rogers - has revealed how her two-year-old daughter Willow loves to follow her parents' footsteps by following their fitness regime.
"She loves it," the American star confessed. "Anything we are doing, she tries to do it. She's doing little push-ups - which are not push-ups - but it's hilarious as she just lifts her head up and down or she copies me dancing or she tries to do acrobatics - it honestly melts my heart.

Kimberly Wyatt has revealed how her daughter Willow loves to copy her dance moves
"Even when we do callanetics, we have a ring set up in our garden and we sort of do some hanging stuff and she gets up there and she hangs with her legs up in the air. I think monkey see, monkey do - and our little monkey loves it."
Kimberly, who now works as a dance teacher and talent show judge, went on to admit that she loves to boogie with her daughter first thing in the morning - a tip she suggests for feeling completely energised during the early hours.
"I love it, I thrive off it," she explained. "First thing in the morning at breakfast we put on the radio and just do a little 'wake and shake'. We love dancing together, I think those are the moments we both enjoy the most. I just see her little face just light up. She loves to be active so we find ways to kind of encourage that and I think dance is really a good way to do that."

Kimberly also admitted how, with her and Max's hectic schedules, it can be difficult to set some time aside for the pair of them.
When quizzed about being a fitness power-couple, she said: "We help each other when it comes to callanetics. I also give me a few dance moves and yoga moves here and there. It's great because we both are really busy and we have a young family, so carving in time for the two of us can sometimes be quite difficult. But by bringing our fitness in, it means having fun. We can carve out time while still doing what we need to do."

Meanwhile, Kimberley has been busy promoting Just Dance's new collaboration with London-based gym company Gymbox to create a brand new Just Dance experience.
The former pop sensation is a firm believer that keeping fit and flexible doesn't have to be a chore - after all, you can "Just Dance" anywhere - and the new classes certainly have her seal of approval.
"I absolutely love these classes - what better way to get fit than by dancing," she said. "They are a celebration of all things Just Dance - a game I have played for years with my close friends and family. To get to be a part of this coming to life with Gymbox is really exciting for me. If you are looking to get fit, or just have some fun and try something new, I’d definitely recommend giving one (or all) of these classes a try whilst they are on the timetable! It’s the perfect way to stay active while on the go."
