Prince Harry's romance with Meghan Markle was the hot topic on Tuesday's episode of This Morning – and no-one was more excited by the news than Holly Willoughby! The TV star couldn't stop smiling as she discussed the blossoming relationship with her co-host Phillip Schofield, minutes after it was officially confirmed.

Holly Willoughby said news of Prince Harry's romance with Meghan Markle was "so exciting"
"They made a statement which said that she had suffered a wave of abuse and harassment by the media, so they've obviously gone public on this to try and calm things down," Phillip added. "It's a real shame that their hand has been forced by the abuse she's got, but of course in recent [royal] relationships there hasn't been social media."
Holly continued: "And also she's already in the public eye – she's a successful actor, she's out there, on Instagram, so there's a lot more ways people can get to know her. Hopefully by doing this it will change things."
To laughter from Phillip, she then exclaimed: "Well, that's lovely, isn't it! It's really lovely; more to the point, how exciting! So exciting!"
