Tonight's episode of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here saw the previously harmonious contestants argue for perhaps the first time in the show.

After Team Yellow won Friday night's 'Hungry Games' challenge, Team Blue's leader Martin Roberts accused Danny Baker of gloating about his success, leading to an argument which eventually had fan favourite Scarlett Moffatt in tears.

Martin argued with Danny

Martin revealed he was annoyed that the winning team had been bad sports after winning, saying: "The other team were terribly ungentlemanly, they were whopping and cheering at their success, to gloat like that sucks."

Danny seemed well aware of Martin's annoyance, saying: "He's convinced I've got it in for him, please don't pretend I'm going around gloating because I'm not."

Danny denied he acted like a bad winner

The argument grew heated when Martin said: "I was just mad at that moment, you don't get Wimbledon with Andy Murray and him whooping if he wins" to which the radio host replied: "Martin, it's not a Wimbledon final, it's a telly show."

The arguing eventually sent Scarlett into tears as she confided in Larry Lamb that she didn't like that the camp had begun to fall out after enjoying their first few days together.

"Just to hear the arguing, I just feel all week it's been such an experience and all of a sudden like… I'm just tired, I just don't want it to be awkward."

Larry comforted Scarlett

Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, comedian Joel Dommett also spoke about the camp fighting.

"People deal with different things in different ways," he said. "Seeing Scarlett upset is not nice, the team being split is so difficult." Larry agreed, saying: "Morale for the blue team has suffered a bit of a dent, bit of a bang but the problem for Scarlett was these two people having a little dig at each other and that's what she doesn't like, that’s what upset her. She just needed a cuddle on the Presidential Throne – we all need it now and again."

Scarlett was made new camp President

However, the Gogglebox star cheered up when she discovered the public had voted her the new President of camp with Joel as her right hand man. She joked: "I'm following in my great leader’s footsteps. I don’t know if I'm going to be good as Larry but I'm going to try my hardest."

"It's made me think about all the crying today, I've just got to pick myself up. I think with all the change in camp never have we needed a pick up and hopefully me and Joel can help up team morale and keep the camp spirits happy.”
