James Jordan has touched down in Australia where his wife Ola is taking part in I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! The professional dancer was pictured leaving Brisbane airport on Tuesday, laden with suitcases, and beamed at the cameras as he made his exit.

It was previously rumoured that James would join his wife in the jungle and feature as a late arrival, however it seems the 38-year-old is living the high life in a luxurious hotel, not far from the celebrity camp. The cheeky star tweeted a photo from his plush room, joking: "Just arrived in the Versace Hotel in Australia. Now at least I'm closer to my baby @The_OlaJordan Can't believe I'm going to be roughing it."

James did express his dismay, however, at not being able to watch the ITV show live. "Can't believe I'm in Australia around the corner from @The_OlaJordan and can't watch the show live. Please tell me what's happening tweeps," he wrote.

His fans were quick to fill him in on Ola's terrifying adventures, which included a Fright at the Museum task. Ola, 34, and her celebrity campmates were faced with critters, rats and snakes including a large spider that crawled on her face. The former Strictly Come Dancing star screeched in terror, although fans praised her bravery.

James proudly retweeted some of their messages. "Totally gorgeous even with a mahoosive spider on her head! Smashed it!" wrote one Twitter user. "Not a bother on her even with the spider on her head. In there for 30 mins," wrote another. "OMG @The_OlaJordan is my hero," James later tweeted.

The couple have been married for 13 years and despite previously saying that she is not ready for children, Ola did admit on the show last week that she "would love" to start a family. The dancer was speaking to fellow campmates Lisa Snowdon and Scarlett Moffatt when talk turned to babies. Lisa, 44, said she felt she had left it too late to have children.

"Children enrich your life so much, so of course I wanted to be a mum," said Lisa. "But it didn't work out for me in that way. It's tricky. It is hard. It's not like I’ve got a heart of stone where it's like, 'No, I don't need them. I don't want them in my life.' It's been something that I've had to deal with. It's not always as simple as, 'I didn't want children.'"
