Nick Lachey has shared the heart-warming moment wife Vanessa surprised him and revealed the gender of their unborn baby – and it's a boy! The singer returned home from tour to be greeted by his family, who had filled their home with big blue balloons, with Vanessa capturing the exciting moment on camera.
In the short clip shared on the couple's respective Instagram accounts, Nick can be seen walking up the driveway before stopping in his tracks when he first spots the balloons, which included a group of silver ones spelling out 'It's A Boy'. "I knew you knew!" he exclaims to Vanessa with a big smile, before walking up to be reunited with his family.

As his band 98 Degrees' hit song Because of You plays in the background, the couple's three-year-old son Camden rushes up to give his dad a big hug, clutching one of the balloons and looking adorable in a matching all-blue ensemble.
After embracing Vanessa, who flaunted her blossoming baby bump in a chic black-and-white maxi dress, the doting dad also has a cuddle with 19-month-old daughter Brooklyn.

"I have so much to be Thankful for this year... especially our littlest Lachey," Vanessa captioned the video. "When Daddy came home from tour this Summer and we were moving into our new house I shared the news! Now I'm sharing it with you! I am so very Thankful and Grateful for this family of mine! And Thankful for YOU! All your Love & support makes what we do FUN and worth it! Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Love, V." Nick himself added: "Best surprise ever!"

The couple first revealed they were expecting their first child in September, when they initially moved into their new home. Taking to Instagram, they shared a sweet photo of themselves with their two children and the family pet dog Wookie, standing outside the doors of their house.
In the snap, a heart had been drawn over Vanessa's growing baby bump, with "Newest Lachey arriving Spring 2017," and "We got a new crib! Now we need a new crib!" written across the screen. The TRL host then captioned the snap: "#LacheyPartyOf5…and Wookie!" and accompanied the post with a love heart emoji.
