In the latest issue of HELLO! Magazine, Kristina Rihanoff and Ben Cohen share exclusive photographs of their first family holiday at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai with baby daughter Mila.
And, former Strictly Come Dancing star Kristina tells the magazine, her life could not be more different now that she is a mother.
"I spent eight years dancing on Strictly but now I enjoy watching it from the sofa," she told HELLO! "It's a different life and I wouldn't want to swap it. When I wake up in the morning and Mila is smiling at me, it's just the best feeling in the world.
"I was ready for a change in my life. It's not unusual for dancers to leave it a little later to have babies because you can't work on a show like Strictly and have a baby. It's very, very demanding."
Ben added: "Having a baby later on in life, we were both very set in our ways so it has been a big change for both of us."

Asked if they could consider marriage, Kristina, 39, replied: "It's not something that we're ruling out. We will see what the future holds. But with a baby, it's not something we've got time to think about at the moment. And I want to be in better shape on my wedding day than I am now."
"I imagine we will get married at some point," adds former England player Ben.
Kristina also tells the magazine how she is regaining her dancing form. "I've been going to yoga for an hour a day. It's such a good fitness regime for me. I love it. I'm gradually losing weight and getting back into shape, but I'm not there yet."
But despite getting fitter, she hopes Mila will not follow in her footsteps as a swimmer. "I've decided that my daughter is going to be a much better swimmer than me," she said. "We chose to stay at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel as it is so family friendly. It has been wonderful for Mila's first proper holiday."
Kristina is also building up her stamina, as she is shortly to appear in show One More Dance alongside Strictly dancer Gleb Savchenko at London's Adelphi Theatre. "With Strictly I used to burn so many calories dancing six to seven hours a day, so I'm trying to get back the endurance I used to have."
Jumeirah Beach Hotel is one of Dubai's most family friendly hotels. Prices for a two-bedroom Ocean Suite start from £920 per night. For bookings, visit jumeirah.com
