Mel B is offering a $5,000 (£4,000) reward to anyone who will help her catch a thief who broke into her car outside her Beverly Hills home on Friday morning. The 41-year-old Spice Girls star posted two surveillance videos of the alleged incident on Instagram, showing someone smashing the back window of her vehicle and removing two suitcases.
"Neighbour by neighbour we are going to track you down. The police already have a good idea who you are, but in the meantime anybody who wants to make that 5,000 dollars, DM my husband right now," said the 41-year-old singer, adding: "We will wire you the money for turning him in."

Mel, her husband Stephen Belafonte, and two of their three daughters, Madison Brown Belafonte and Angel Iris Murphy Brown, recently returned from Australia, where Mel was filming a new series of The X Factor.
The star formerly known as 'Scary Spice' has appeared in a number of reality shows over the years, but is now set to return to the world of music. She recently reunited with Spice Girls bandmates Geri Horner and Emma Bunton to form their new group GEM – an acronym of their first initials.

Last week, their first song, A Song For Her, leaked online, giving fans their first real insight into the newly-reformed band. It was Emma who confirmed that the track was GEM's, as she spoke of her disappointment that it had been stolen.
"We wrote something and it got leaked and it got stolen which was not great, but we've had nice feedback," she told the Mail. Asked if the track was meant to be GEM's first single, Emma added: "No, it was just a great fun song that we wrote together."
