With less than a month to go before Christmas, stars around the world are embracing the festive season and Prince Harry's new girlfriend Meghan Markle is no exception. The actress spent the Thanksgiving weekend putting up a Christmas tree and decorating it with brightly lit baubles and lights.
Meghan, 35, was surrounded by her loved ones and posted a sweet photo of the group laughing and giggling. "Tree trimming bliss with my favourites," she wrote. "Love you @benitalitt (& D)@heatherdorak + my fairy god-daughters #theresnoplacelikehome #californialove."

The Suits star, who plays paralegal Rachel Zane in the show, is no doubt thrilled to be back home in Los Angeles. She has spent the past few months based in Toronto for Suits, but the series wrapped a couple of weeks ago.
Meghan travelled back home to be with her family for Thanksgiving and posted some sweet pictures from the American national holiday. Alongside a photo of her parents' hands and their gargantuan turkey feast, she wrote: "Giving thanks for so many things - including these two gems, who brought me into this world. Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours."

Meghan managed to take a whirlwind trip to London to see her boyfriend Prince Harry, shortly after filming wrapped. The brunette beauty was spotted shopping for groceries at WholeFoods on High Street Kensington, just a short walk away from Harry's Nottingham Cottage in Kensington Palace. Meghan tried to go incognito wearing a baseball cap, but eagle-eyed onlookers were quick to notice that the cap belonged to her boyfriend.
While Meghan has been getting into the Christmas spirit in LA, Harry has been touring the Caribbean on behalf of his grandmother the Queen. The 32-year-old Prince has visited Antigua, St. Lucia and Barbuda among other countries, and will finish his tour on Friday. It's likely that Harry will find time to see Meghan before he is due back home in the UK for the royal family's Christmas celebrations.
Meghan, 35, has been dating Prince Harry since the summer
Earlier this month Harry released a statement in support of his girlfriend, asking the public to request Meghan's privacy. Following on from this, his brother Prince William released a short statement to The Telegraph, confirming that he fully supported his younger brother's decision to release the statement.
"The Duke of Cambridge absolutely understands the situation concerning privacy and supports the need for Prince Harry to support those closest to him," the statement read. It was released after it was initially reported that William was unhappy that Harry had released a heartfelt statement confirming his relationship.
