After months of speculation, Cheryl finally showed off her baby bump for the very first time on Tuesday night, as she stepped out for a Christmas carol concert with boyfriend Liam Payne. Unsurprisingly, her as-yet-unconfirmed pregnancy was a hot topic the next morning on ITV breakfast show Good Morning Britain, with hosts Susanna Reid and Piers Morgan among the first to publicly congratulate the parents-to-be.

Commenting on snapshots of Cheryl and her bump, Piers said: "Congratulations Cheryl – but if you're watching this, you can't kid a kidder. You're pregnant, get on with announcing it. We are very happy for you."
Echoing her co-host, Susanna added: "Is it reasonable at this point to say, 'Are you pregnant?' There's no longer a food baby!", before Piers quipped: "I think we can get past the 'is she or isn't she'. She’s about to give birth!" Mum-of-three Susanna agreed, saying that she suspects 33-year-old Cheryl is around six months pregnant.
Cheryl and Liam Payne are yet to officially confirm her pregnancy
Cheryl and 23-year-old Liam are still yet to officially comment on the pregnancy rumours – but both have spoken about their desire to start a family. "I'd love kids. I'm obsessed with babies,” Cheryl told GQ magazine in August 2014, "Of course I've thought about baby names. A million times! I like Alfie for a little boy. I know that's what I was put on this earth to do. To be a mother."
For his part, One Direction star Liam, 23, has also said he would love to be a dad. Speaking to Magic Radio in August 2015, he said: "I wanna have kids when, you know, I have the time, but at the moment life's so busy, and I wouldn't want to commit to something like that when I haven't got the necessary time for it yet. That's my careful planning ahead!"
