Sharon Osbourne has revealed that she is planning to renew her vows with husband Ozzy after a difficult year for the couple.
The X Factor judge revealed that Ozzy asked her to renew their vows, and that she was "happy" after working on her marriage following the revelation that her 68-year-old husband had had an affair with hair stylist Michelle Pugh earlier this year. Although Sharon briefly left the family home, Ozzy has since called their split a "bump in the road". Sharon told the Mirror: "I'm happy and to be honest that's all I want for Christmas this year. Ozzy has asked me to renew our wedding vows and I'd like to."

The couple originally tied the knot back in 1982 and have already renewed their vows once in 2002. The star also revealed that her husband had bought her a new wedding ring, telling Good Morning Britain: "What's not to be happy My husband got me a new wedding band before I left, put it on my finger before I left... everybody's healthy and happy." Speaking on The Talk, Sharon revealed that the pair's hectic work schedule made them "take each other for granted." She said: "In my life I have been so blessed but when one side of your life is so brilliant other things can suffer.

"It is hard when you are both successful and both working away. It is easy to take each other for granted. We have been married for 35 years and been together 38 years. You have to have some ups and downs." The couple's daughter Kelly has also spoke about their relationship to The Insider. "My mum and dad are together right now," she said. "I will never not be good with my dad. That does not mean that I think what he did wasn't stupid, but that's between him and I. I'm a daddy's girl. I love my dad."
